Trainer considering contesting Cologne stewards' ruling
Trainer Sylvester Kirk said on Monday that he was still considering an appeal after his filly Tiburtina lost a Listed contest at Cologne on Saturday in the stewards' room.
Tiburtina made all in the Preis des Medienhauses Dumont Rheinland, but in doing so she hung and hampered both runner-up Arazza and favourite Saloon Sold and was demoted to second after passing the post a length in front.
