Sizing John continues to impress over a trip after dodging Douvan

Leopardstown was at it again. Past meetings have had seismic effects on the Cheltenham Festival and there was certainly a shake-up in the betting after the mud settled on the Grade 1 features.
This year it looked to be more 4.0 than 7.0 on the Richter Scale for Cheltenham, but the testing ground was never going to throw up impressive performances.
It was an up and down day for owners Alan and Ann Potts as minutes after Alary crashed out of Timico Cheltenham Gold Cup contention at Exeter they could dare to dream again with Sizing John.
