Have you ever wondered how a champion jockey's mind works? Sean Bowen gave us a fascinating insight into his thought process recently and it is fair to say the reigning champ over jumps is consumed by winning.  

"There are 93 days of racing up to the end of September from the start of the season," posted Bowen at the end of last month. "I wanted to try and ride as close to a winner a day as I could in that time. Today, on the last day of September, I hit 93 winners for the season."

Since sharing a glimpse of his philosophy on X, there have been a further 23 days of jump racing in Britain and Bowen has moved on to 118 winners for the season, maintaining his one-winner-a-day strike-rate for the current season. He is a winning machine.
