Vaucelet is shaping into a prime contender for next season's top hunter chases

It's been a busy week, starting off with a rare midweek meeting at Ballyknock. There was point-to-point action over the three days of the Easter weekend, as well as four hunter chases and two point-to-point bumpers.
It was a good weekend for several of the leading personalities on the point-to-point scene in Northern Ireland.
David Christie, who went so close with Winged Leader in the St James's Place Hunter Chase at the Cheltenham Festival, saddled Vaucelet to win the Frank & Teresa O'Reilly Memorial Hunters Chase at Fairyhouse.
