Fakir D’Alene (91++) was a cut above his rivals and, although the winning margin was extended by two final fence fallers, he would have run out a clear-cut winner in any case.

Eskylane (87+) made his move from the third-last and pulled clear of his rivals in style. A horse with plenty of experience, he should be up to competing in handicaps on the track.
