Shane Fenelon recorded his first career winner in the Tattersalls Ireland five-year-old geldings' maiden aboard Urban Legend, the first leg of a double for the 21-year-old.

The son of Pasternak stayed on well to lead close home in this thrilling contest and deny Poncherello by a neck and his trainer Shark Hanlon said: "I'm delighted for Shane. He's been with me for the last year and a half and it was great to give him his first winner."

Fenelon secured his quickfire double in the winner-of-two when Rudy Catrail galloped his rivals into submission to win by 12 lengths for Dermot Morgan and trainer Eamon Sheehy.
