Action-man Declan Queally in flying form with treble to start his season

Racing on the Cork and Waterford circuit does not begin until this Sunday’s South Union fixture at Kinsale but Declan Queally is one of the region’s handlers who has not wasted time getting his string into top gear.
The Cappagh trainer sent out his first three runners of the season at Sunday’s Island hunt fixture at Ballycrystal and each of the trio won for a fruitful start to the season.
Two of them, Rocky’s Howya and Desert Heather, were having their first point-to-point starts for the stable, having joined Queally from other yards over the summer.
