Racing Post's race-by-race guide to the best bookmaker offers on day two of the Cheltenham Festival

The Cheltenham Festival is the ultimate betting event and understanding how best to take advantage of the plethora of bookmaker offers available is crucial for punters seeking an edge. In this race-by-race guide to the best day-one offers, RP Recommends' Tom Park provides a comprehensive overview of the market . . .
Turners' Novices' Hurdle
1.20 Cheltenham, Wednesday
As was the case in the opener on Tuesday, William Hill are once again offering Top Price Guaranteed from 12pm the day before the race until the off and are Best Odds Guaranteed from 8am on Tuesday morning, which are two powerful concessions to have at your disposal. If you fancy one of the top three in the market then they are the firm to bet with.
I am keen to take on the front three in the market each-way with Potters Charm and Sky Bet are a standout four each-way places. They also have a bet £5, get £5 offer for the day.

Brown Advisory
2.00 Cheltenham, Wednesday
I think Ballyburn is rock-solid here so be sure to keep an eye out for any price boosts. William Hill and bet365 are usually competitive on their prices and offer generous price boosts so those two firms would be a good place to start, with bet365 marginally offering the best boosts.

Coral Cup
2.40 Cheltenham, Wednesday
A maximum field of 26 take their chance in this hugely competitive affair so having each-way places on your side is a must. Sky Bet are offering generous eight places – two more than anyone else – and that sets them apart.
However, if you are in singles you should look elsewhere as their place terms are often factored into the price of the horse. I'll be taking advantage of the eight places and backing Impose Toi and, at a huge price, Staffordshire Knot.

Cross Country
3.20 Cheltenham, Wednesday
Another race with extra place terms on offer. Most are going five places, but once again Sky Bet are the standout for each-way bettors with six places. As mentioned, that can be factored into the price and given my selection for the race, Mister Coffey, loves to finish second, I am happy to take five places with William Hill but with a more competitive price.

Champion Chase
4.00 Cheltenham, Wednesday
This is all about whether you fancy Jonbon or not. If you do, bet365 might be the best place to start as he looks a prime contender for their daily Super Boost and even if he is not, they are among the most competitive on prices. There's not much there to take him on with in terms of offers, with just the standard three places, so fishing around for the best price is essential.

Grand Annual
4.40 Cheltenham, Wednesday
I am a big fan of American Mike here, who will love this strong-run affair, but this is a hugely competitive race and I want places on my side. Sky Bet are once again the standout with six.

Champion Bumper
5.20 Cheltenham, Wednesday
This is all about which of Willie Mullins you fancy as he has four of the top five in the betting. I really liked what I saw from Gameofinches at Punchestown last time and think he is the one to beat. bet365 and William Hill are generally the most competitive on price. All recognised firms are going at least four places for each-way punters, with Sky Bet offering five.
For those who fancy the Ballyburn/Gamofinches double, we have an exclusive price boost with bet365 – click here to retrieve.
