Punters hoping to win a share of the Scoop6 win fund of £234,946 will have to negotiate three meetings, with races from Ascot, Newmarket and Redcar forming Saturday's bet.
Totepool spokesman Matt Hulmes said: "With 95 horses declared across the six chosen races this weekend, picking the winners will not be easy.
"However, should a player prove successful the rewards are handsome, especially if landing the huge bonus courtesy of Fred [Done] that could see winnings around the £500,000 mark."
