Punters love it when a plan comes together but are they being short-changed on Emmet Mullins-trained runners?

In the immortal words of A-Team legend Hannibal, punters love it when a plan comes together, and it’s for that reason Emmet Mullins has become a cult figure for them.
Carefully planned plundering of Britain’s biggest handicaps is what Mullins has become famous for, and it all started in 2020-21, when The Shunter completed a hat-trick which included the Greatwood and Plate at Cheltenham, sandwiching a victory in this race.
The Shunter therefore carried off the £100,000 bonus for following up his win here with victory at the Cheltenham Festival, and this year Mullins tries to do the same with Vischio.
