Mick Halford has joined Joseph O'Brien's dual-purpose operation at Owning Hill.
The Group 1 and Royal Ascot-winning trainer announced his retirement in February, bringing an end to his joint-venture with Tracey Collins, but he has quickly thrown himself back into the game and teamed up with O'Brien as one of his assistants.
