More Thunder had no problem bridging the gap from handicapper to Group performer when taking the Hungerford Stakes at Newbury on Saturday.

He may have been the joint lowest-rated in the field but he didn't run like it, and it was a pretty one-sided affair.

Group 1 aspirations seem plausible for him and he has a variety of options over a range of trips, including the Sprint Cup, British Champions Sprint, Prix de la Foret and Queen Elizabeth II Stakes.
