Stephen Thorne: a trainer on the up
There's little growth in comfort.
You're not typically standing on fertile ground when inside your comfort zone, but the intrepidity required to take the plunge that Stephen Thorne took 12 months ago demands a sizeable degree of self-belief and mental fortitude.
