We are reminiscing about the day a brash and bodacious David Mullins raged against The Machine.
"Faugheen is the best horse I've ever seen. And I've always thought that, even from his younger days. I was just waiting for him to swing by me on the bridle."
It was November 15, 2015 and the 19-year-old rookie was riding Nichols Canyon in the Morgiana Hurdle at Punchestown.
