Awareness a challenge for helping customers keep control

Raising awareness of the tools customers have at their disposal to control their gambling is a challenge for the industry, a Westminster seminar was told last week.
The meeting, organised by the Parliamentary All Party Betting and Gaming Group, asked "Players want control – are we giving them enough?".
Damon De Ionno, managing director of Revealing Reality which carried out an independent research project for industry watchdog the Senet Group said a lot was being done.
