Well-bred 450,00gns yearling who went off a well-fancied 11-4 chance on his debut in a 6f maiden at Ascot this month but lost out by a length to 5-4 favourite Seven Heavens. He travelled better than the winner – touched 1.25 in running – but raced away from that rival on the stands’ side and was ridden only hands and heels when it became clear he couldn’t catch the winner. He pulled three lengths clear of the rest and the well-held fourth has won since.
