PDC world champion Luke Littler opens his bid for more major glory at the BoyleSports World Grand Prix in Leicester on Tuesday night.
Littler takes on Dutch star Gian van Veen in the night's main event, but such is the quality of the eight matches on the menu, almost all have justifiable claims to being top of the bill at the Mattioli Arena on day two.

BoyleSports World Grand Prix preview
There aren't many players who boast winning records against Luke Littler but Gian van Veen is one of that select few.
And as if if Tuesday night at the World Grand Prix wasn't fun enough, the two young tungsten starlets meet in a round-one belter that could easily go either way, which means Van Veen has to get the nod at the prices.
The crowd at the Mattioli Arena in Leicester for the second day of round-one matches should be in for a treat when Littler and Van Veen toe the oche for the fifth time this season.
Littler beat The Giant back at the UK Open in March, producing a 107-plus average in a 10-4 quarter-final romp on his way to the title.
However, Van Veen got his revenge in Players Championship 6 – at the Mattioli Arena – a week later and has gone on to beat The Nuke twice more, first in the semi-final of the German Grand Prix in April and most recently at last month's Czech Darts Open.
Van Veen knows he has Littler's measure and the vagary of the double-in format could also play into the Dutchman's hands given his checkout percentage on the Pro Tour is slightly ahead of his opponent's.
Night two kicks off with Damon Heta taking on Luke Woodhouse and the erratic Australian is well worth taking on.
Heta has a terrible record at this event – four visits have yielded four first-round exits – and Woodhouse goes into their contest full of confidence just over a week since reaching the final of the Swiss Darts Trophy.
The last time these two met on the TV was at the World Championship at the turn of the year when Woody came out on top 4-3 in a thriller.
