Dhawan can exploit West Indies attack

Second ODI
Sky Sports 5, 2.30pm Sunday
The weather got the better of the West Indies and India in Trinidad on Friday and heavy showers are forecast to return for the second bout of their three-match series at the same venue.
India were in complete control at 199-3 when rain curtailed proceedings after 39.2 overs two days ago and it is little surprise to see them chalked up at prohibitive odds again.
The bulk of the side that were beaten by Pakistan in last Sunday’s Champions Trophy final were included in India’s first ODI squad and they are unlikely to diverge much from that formula, although uncapped wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant could make his debut.
Shikhar Dhawan, leading runscorer at the Champions Trophy, continued his fine form with another half-century (87 from 92) on Friday and should the rain stay away long enough, he could have further joy against an inexperienced West Indies attack.

S Dhawan top India runscorer
