Frankel family member and Baaeed brother to hit the track as week gears up for sprint showdown
Your full rundown of everything to look forward to in the next seven days

Monday
A new era begins for British racing as Lord Allen finally starts as chair of the BHA. This has been a long time coming with the Labour peer delaying joining in May and his proposed changes getting a mixed reception from racecourses and key stakeholders. Allen said the sport "has a strong future" but he faces a number of challenges including the racing tax, the sport's governance and levy.
Elsewhere, Britain and Ireland's Melbourne Cup challenge becomes clearer as entries shut for Australia's biggest race at noon. Impressive Goodwood Cup winner Scandinavia heads the betting at 10-1 with Via Sistina, Absurde and Al Riffa also potential runners.
There is a €500,000 newcomer for Wathnan to start the week at Carlisle, with all eyes on the Richard Fahey-trained Lunar Melody in the 6f novice stakes (2.30). The breeze-up buy will look to emulate Venetian Sun, who went on to win at Group 1 level after winning on her debut at the track.
Racing also takes place at Brighton and Windsor, while Roscommon provides the entertainment in Ireland.
Tuesday
Jumps fans will notice a few familiar names in the 1m6f maiden (5.37) at Gowran Park, with 2022 Triumph Hurdle runner-up Fil Dor and Summer Plate winner Ballysax Hank set to line up.
Chepstow specialist Connie's Rose looks to match the record of seven Flat wins at the course in the 6f handicap (4.20), while there could be Cesarewitch clues in a competitive 2m handicap (4.08) at Goodwood. For even more clues, do not miss the Pricewise selections from Tom Segal available for Racing Post+ subscribers this week.
Action in Britain also comes from Southwell and Wolverhampton.
Wednesday
Colin Keane and William Buick head to Kempton with Juddmonte and Godolphin well represented at the Surrey track's evening fixture.
There is £30,000 on offer in the nursery series final (6.15) at Hamilton, where two-time winner Better And Better heads the weights. Racing also takes place at Bath and Lingfield.
Thursday
Racing takes place on the beach for one day only as Laytown stages the action in Ireland. Its six-race card is a sight to behold, with a history dating back to 1868.

There is Group 3 action in Britain with Salisbury hosting the Dick Poole Fillies' Stakes (3.47), with Albany runner-up Awaken among the entries.
The three-day Sprint Cup meeting at Haydock kicks off with a 6f novice (4.02) among the highlights on day one.
The jumping action comes from Sedgefield, while there is all-weather fare at Southwell and Lingfield.
Friday
The action at Haydock continues with a £40,000 6f fillies' novice (3.15), which could feature plenty of high-potential runners, including course runner-up Lady Gormire.
Ascot's card is full of quality and Baaeed's two-year-old brother Raaheeb could be among the debutants in the 7f maiden (2.20). Legacy Link is another hugely exciting runner in the 1m fillies' maiden (2.55), with her dam Chiasma a sister to Frankel.

It is a busy day over jumps with two meetings. There is a Class 2 3m handicap chase at Bangor (3.40) where Courtland could run after his Summer Plate second. Worcester stages an evening fixture, while Down Royal, Kilbeggan and Kempton round off the day's action.
Saturday
The Group 1 sprints have been something of a puzzle this season, adding an extra layer of intrigue for the Sprint Cup (3.35) at Haydock. Royal Ascot winner Lazzat heads the ante-post betting.

Other highlights on the Betfair-sponsored card include the Group 3 Superior Mile (1.15) and Old Borough Cup (3.00), while 2,000 Guineas hope Publish is set to star in the Ascendant Stakes (1.50).
There are two Group 3 prizes on the all-weather at Kempton, including the Unibet September Stakes (1.35). The Group 3 Unibet Sirenia Stakes (3.10) also takes place over 6f for two-year-olds.
Ascot's Saturday card includes a competitive 7f handicap (2.40), while the afternoon's action also features racing from Thirsk and Navan. In the evening, there is a jumps card at Stratford and all-weather action at Wolverhampton.
Sunday
There is more ITV Racing to look forward to with York staging the final meeting of this year's Sky Bet Sunday Series. A Listed prize is also on the card with the Garrowby Stakes (4.30) one of seven televised races. Jumps action also takes place at Fontwell.
It is a huge day in France with the Arc trials taking place at Longchamp. The Group 1 Prix du Moulin, over a mile, has been moved to this card which will be the second top-level event alongside the Prix Vermeille. Keep an eye out for the Group 2 Prix Niel and Prix Foy over the Arc course and distance.
