Silviniaco Conti to be sold as Sullivan exits jump racing

Dual King George winner Silviniaco Conti looks set to head to the sales ring after it emerged his part-owner Jared Sullivan is getting out of jump racing.
Sullivan, one of the sport's leading owners and whose Potensis Bloodstock sponsors the Paul Nicholls stable, is believed to be involved in more than 30 horses, mostly split among Nicholls, Harry Fry and Nicky Henderson.
The best known of them, which include Silviniaco Conti, Buveur D'Air and Zarkandar, were raced in partnership with Chris Giles and unless buyers can be found for Sullivan's shares they are likely to head to auction.
