Joe Doyle is gearing up for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in the Group 1 Flying Five Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday aboard Make A Challenge, just two years after losing the desire to ever race-ride again.

Doyle is a different rider now to the one who left Britain a couple of years back and his resurgence is largely down to the confidence instilled in him by his boss Denis Hogan and Make A Challenge, officially the best sprinter in Ireland.

Since Doyle secured his first win back in Ireland aboard Make A Challenge at last year's Galway festival, there have been a further eight victories with the promise of more to come.
