'He's got a lot of talent' - Willy Twiston-Davies eyeing the William Hill Hurdle for Un Sens A La Vie

The Nigel and Willy Twiston-Davies-trained Un Sens A La Vie recorded a second win from four outings this season with a comfortable success in the 2m novice hurdle.
The five-year-old had finished second behind Old Park Star on his previous start at Kempton, with that form subsequently receiving a boost when the Nicky Henderson-trained winner was cut to 12-1 for the Supreme Novices' Hurdle after scoring again at Cheltenham last week.
Un Sens A La Vie justified 2-5 favouritism under Sam Twiston-Davies here, the pair making all and having the rest of the field struggling to keep up after turning for home, with Bras D’Or finishing closest, four and three-quarter lengths back in second.
Willy Twiston-Davies said: “It was all very straightforward and I’m sure when he gets a faster pace and something to carry him along we’ll see even more improvement. He's a lovely horse to have and he's got a lot of talent.
“The William Hill Hurdle at Newbury looks a contest that would really suit him, and we’ll work back from that. It’s a race we’ve won before with novices Splash Of Ginge and Ballyandy."
Ballycamus at the double
Ballycamus completed a double for the Twiston-Davies yard with a game victory in the 3m handicap chase.
Twiston-Davies added: “I thought Sam gave him an absolutely wonderful ride. He was arguably unlucky on his first start of the season at Chepstow, and then he’s run in big-field handicaps at Cheltenham. Back to a smaller field here he was a willing partner and probably won with a little in hand.”
