Ginger Jam the toast of Beverley again with fifth course success

Course specialist Ginger Jam bounced back to form to maintain his unbeaten track record in the 5f handicap.

The five-year-old, who enjoyed a stellar 2019 with six wins, had yet to get his head in front this term but came home with purpose, fending off Line Of Reason by half a length to record a fifth course success.

Regal Mirage also added to his fine record at the track when landing the following 1m2f handicap. The Tim Easterby-trained six-year-old was making it his third win from six starts at the course.
