Colin Keane makes midweek trip to Newbury and Group 1 entry runs at Yarmouth
Punting pointers for Thursday's meetings . . .

Chelmsford: Explode out to build on strong formlines
Explode was second at this track last month and the form of his debut third at Kempton gives him a great chance of making it third time lucky in the 1m2f maiden (7.30).
The Qatar Racing-owned son of Sottsass cost €200,000 as a yearling and outran odds of 18-1 to finish two and a half lengths behind 5-4 favourite Fifth Column at Kempton in April.
Fifth Column followed up that victory in a £45,000 Sandown handicap and Mister Rizz, who split him and Explode at Kempton, went one better on his next start at Doncaster before running in the Group 2 Dante Stakes.
Despite bumping into the 89-rated Mudbir last time, Explode still beat 14 rivals in that mile event and this extra stamina test should suit James Ferguson's gelding, given he is by a Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner.
Leopardstown: half-sister to Lockinge runner-up makes debut
Dancing Saxon is an eyecatching debutante for Joseph O'Brien in the 7f fillies' maiden (4.40), as she is a half-sister to Group 2 winner Dancing Gemini.
Like her fellow offspring of Lady Adelaide, Dancing Saxon is owned and bred by David Fish's Fishdance Limited operation.
Both Dancing Gemini, who was last seen being beaten a neck by Lead Artist in the Group 1 Lockinge Stakes, and Dancing Saxon are by Coolmore-owned 2,000 Guineas winners in Camelot and Saxon Warrior.
However, it took three starts for Dancing Gemini to shed his maiden status and a full field of 18 has been declared for this €25,000 contest, including 11 other newcomers, so Dancing Saxon may not get off the mark straight away.
Red Autumn has to be respected for the Dermot Weld and Moyglare Stud Farm combination. She is out of Moyglare and Weld's Group 3 1,000 Guineas Trial winner Afternoon Sunlight and will be ridden by Chris Hayes.
Newbury: Irish champion jockey makes trip for Blue Bolt
Colin Keane's new commitments as first rider to Juddmonte mean he makes the journey to Newbury to ride Blue Bolt in the £40,000 mile fillies' novice (3.50).
The Andrew Balding-trained daughter of Blue Point managed only fifth when sent off odds-on for her debut at Southwell in April but won by four lengths at Windsor last time. Keane's only previous Newbury winner came for the late John Spearing on 25-1 shot Clear Spring in May 2016.
Blue Bolt bids to make it two from two in mile turf races but Consecrated, who made a successful debut here before finishing fourth in Listed company at York, will be hard to beat.
Consecrated was deemed good enough to be given a Group 1 Coronation Stakes entry. York winner Kon Tiki, who beat her by four and a quarter lengths, is being supplemented for that Royal Ascot race next Friday and third-placed Troia subsequently landed a Longchamp Listed race, so that form looks strong.
Newbury: 67 per cent
Dawn Of Liberation is 2-3 in races over 1m2f and bids to complete a hat-trick at the trip (1.30).
Nottingham: Hope for Carr to boost strong seasonal strike-rate
Three of Ruth Carr's five runners at Nottingham this season have won and she could enhance that strong course record with Wait And Hope, who attempts to follow up last month's victory at Redcar in the 1m2f handicap (4.00).
The four-year-old has been raised 3lb for that success, which came on his eighth start since joining Carr from Karl Burke.
James Sullivan was on Wait And Hope when he struck at odds of 18-1 last time and he keeps the ride, as well as partnering Carr's other runner Barleybrown in the 1m½f handicap.
A four-time winner on the all-weather, Barleybrown is rated 15lb above the mark of his sole turf victory.
Worcester: Saturday's 468-1 double winners combine again
Conor O'Farrell rode a 468-1 double for trainer Neil Mulholland at Worcester last Saturday and the pair combine again at the track with three runners.
First up is The Bold Thady who was successful on his last course start in September and receives upwards of 6lb from his nine rivals in the 2m7f handicap chase (6.10).
Mulholland said: "He's a consistent sort and it's his first time over fences, but he's been schooling fine. We're hoping this will open up a lot more avenues. It's a nice track and a good place to start them out over fences. Conor has schooled him this week and all went well with that."
Like The Bold Thady, O'Farrell has not ridden Earth King or Tilehurst in a race but he partners them in the 2m7f handicap hurdle (7.10) and 2m maiden hurdle (7.40).
Worcester stat: 67 per cent course strike-rate
Mole Court has track form figures of 211 and runs in the 2m7f handicap chase (6.10).
Yarmouth: July Cup entry makes seasonal debut
Group 1 July Cup entry Almeraq returns to the same track and trip where he was last seen winning by three and three-quarter lengths in October.
The William Haggas-trained three-year-old beat three subsequent winners on that occasion and makes his reappearance in the 6f novice (2.27). The Shadwell-owned son of Dark Angel has to concede 7lb or more to his seven rivals.
John and Thady Gosden's Spy Chief could be the main threat. The gelded son of Kingman was beaten a head by odds-on favourite Khafiz in a 7f Kempton novice last time and this drop back in trip should suit given the way that race unfolded.
Spy Chief was well clear of Khafiz at the furlong pole before being headed and the drop back to sprinting could see him push Almeraq all the way.
