Mann plans San Sebastian raid with 'in-form' Sureness
Lambourn trainer Charlie Mann will take advantage of the ten-day break in jump racing by heading to Spain on Monday to saddle his first runner at San Sebastian.
Mann is set to run Sureness in the €30,600 Gran Premio Hotel Maria Cristina, a 1m3f race for fillies and mares aged three and above.
The daughter of Hurricane Run, a winner at Kempton and Goodwood this season, has a preference for quick ground, which is one of the reasons for the venture.
