Former trainer Vince Smith seeking to complete gender reassignment

Former jockey and trainer Vince Smith has bravely come forward to confirm he is in the process of undergoing gender reassignment.

Now known as Victoria, Newmarket-based Smith, who has recently been working as a security guard at Sheikh Mohammed's Dalham Hall Stud, made the situation known to family and friends before Christmas.

Victoria is hoping to have the money to complete the surgical side of the life-changing process in the coming weeks. To this end, Smith is in talks for a ‘tell all’ with a couple of the Sunday tabloids to help out with the cost.
