There are some races that are so special I never tire of watching the replay and this was perhaps the pick of them, run when I was 19 years old and at vet school in Glasgow, getting more and more into racing. There was something about Dubai Millennium that was almost magical. I always felt he was half-horse, half-monster and it seemed almost unfair he was racing against the others. It was as though it was his destiny to win the race, so for him to do it in the style he did seemed right.
