'He’s a massive price and I would expect him to outrun those odds' - Derby outsider set for key Epsom workout on Tuesday

Robert Havlin, who this time last season was at the centre of a Derby storm after replacing Callum Shepherd for the ride on Ambiente Friendly, believes Nightwalker should outrun his odds in the Betfred-sponsored Classic.
Havlin and Ambiente Friendly went on to finish second behind City Of Troy in the race last year, and the jockey is set to partner Nightwalker during a gallops morning at Epsom on Tuesday 12 days after partnering the son of Frankel to finish fifth in the Dante Stakes at York.
"I feel Nightwalker would have been bang there at York last time if he hadn’t missed the break – he was playing catch up from then," said Havlin. "He had to take baby steps at the start, which cost us some ground, and he had an outside draw, which also didn’t help.
