Stepper makes his point with impressive all-the-way victory

Stepper Point, a Group 2-winning sprinter in his pomp, continued his mini-revival when gaining a second success as an eight-year-old in the 5f handicap.
William Muir's stable star finished second in both the King's Stand and Nunthorpe in 2014 - after which he suffered with a fibrillating heart - and, although not the force of old, he showed trademark speed to blitz his rivals from the front.
Afforded too much rope in the earlier stages, Derby-winning jockey Martin Dwyer opened up a yawning gap on Stepper Point and the pair held a length and a quarter advantage at the line.
