Ripon repeat for Eye Of Dubai as Jason Hart enjoys double before Danny Tudhope completes a treble

Eye Of Dubai landed the City Of The Dales Handicap for the second year running for John and Sean Quinn, with Jason Hart aboard.
The four-year-old was 4-1, the same SP as 12 months ago, and won by the same neck margin with Aleezdancer in second.
It was PJ McDonald who rode last year but regular jockey Hart was back as the four-year-old stepped forward from his third-place in the Ayr Silver Cup last weekend.
Hart told Sky Sports Racing: "He doesn't do a lot in front, so the more horses to aim at the better. We made a plan to go on the far side and he dug in there, which was good."
The jockey completed a double on the Ian McInnes-trained Mattice in the 6f handicap.
Tudhope treble
Danny Tudhope made no mistake on two heavy odds-on favourites before completing a treble on the 17-2 The Crafty Mole in the 2m handicap.
He skipped five lengths clear on Here Forever in the 6f maiden stakes, giving George Boughey another reason to smile after Bow Echo's impressive Royal Lodge win.
Tudhope was also on 30-100 Aequitas in the 1m4f novice stakes and always looked in control in the four-runner contest as she extended her unbeaten record to two. She is likely to be upped to Listed level next.
The Crafty Mole recorded his first win since July 2024 when holding off Marbuzet by a short-head in the finale for David O'Meara.
