Chacun Pour Soi fans go wild on social media but Cheltenham doubts persist

For anyone who tried to win a race at last month's Cheltenham Festival with a British-trained runner, it is some joke to learn that one of the best Irish raiders there completely failed to give his running.
Yet no other conclusion is available in the light of Chacun Pour Soi's dominant performance back on home turf, a run to justify every excitable thing that was ever said about him at a preview night.
A mere six weeks ago, Nube Negra was a length too good for Chacun Pour Soi when they were both placed in the Queen Mother – so it says in the form book.
