Will Tyson Fury have a winner as an owner? Punting pointers for Thursday's meetings
Punting pointers from some of today's race meetings . . .

Ayr: Smith out to continue great week
Mike Smith was among jumping's elite when notching a winner on day one of the Punchestown festival on Tuesday, but it is back to normal business for the trainer with a host of runners at the track where he's had most success.
Buy Some Time caused a 50-1 shock for Smith in the Albert Bartlett Triple Crown Series Final at Punchestown, and he will be hoping to maintain his fine week with eight runners at his local track.
His best chance of a winner could be Glasses Up, who goes for a quick follow-up under a 4lb penalty in the 1m2f handicap (7.30). The ten-year-old, who won at the track on Monday, carries top weight and is joined by stablemates Lunar Rocks and course-and-distance winner Royal Countess.
Smith also runs Heritor (5.50), Ski Angel (6.25), Golden Valour (7.00), Cisco Disco and Zebra Star (8.00), at a track where he's had 51 winners.
Ayr stat: jockey with course form
Apprentice Kaiya Fraser boasts a record of 3-6 (50 per cent) at the track and has a full book of rides. His best chance is Zephlyn in the 1m7f handicap (8.30).
Chelmsford: Tyson Fury horse steals the limelight
There could be a legendary sporting icon tuned in to the concluding 7f handicap (8.45) when Big Gypsy King aims to break her maiden.
The filly is named after Tyson Fury, one of Britain's best ever boxers who could be set to come out of retirement soon.
The former world champion has had interest in horses before and he owns Big Gypsy King with Spencer Brown. Now trained by Paul and Oliver Cole, he finished third on his first start for the yard last month.
She will be hoping to land a knockout blow on her fifth career start off a lowly mark of 43, with Rossa Ryan booked to ride.
Chelmsford stat: 60 per cent for Baker
Trainer George Baker is three from five at the track this year and saddles Beauld As Brass in the 1m2f amateur jockeys' handicap (5.45).
Redcar: Storm returns
See That Storm is loving life with Ed Bethell and he bids to keep up his perfect record for the trainer in the feature 1m2f handicap (4.35).
The four-year-old has thrived since joining Bethell last summer, winning all three of his starts for the trainer, two successes coming at this course and distance and one at Pontefract.
The son of Storm The Stars makes his return from 226-day break off a 3lb higher mark, but Callum Rodriguez, who is unbeaten on him, is on board.
Southwell: red-hot Burrows worth following
Victory at Windsor for Al Shababi on Monday took Owen Burrows' strike-rate to 43 per cent in the last two weeks and he relies on just one runner at Southwell as he bids maintain his fine form.
William Walton goes for Burrows in the 1m4f handicap (2.25) and has posted an improved Racing Post Rating on each of his last three starts.
Burrows said: "I was sent him this time last year and he had very little training at two as he suffered an injury. He was a big, raw baby last year but slowly got the hang of things with a bit of racing.
"Hopefully he'll continue to progress this year and on his pedigree he's meant to be better than a 78-rated horse.
"Ideally I'd have liked to have got him on the turf, but he's a big horse and I didn't want to run him on fast ground first time out.
"I think Owen [Lewis] only needs one more winner to ride out his 7lb claim and he's a good, hard-working lad who keeps his head down. Fingers crossed we can get that for him."
Yarmouth: Knight's pair
William Knight enjoyed a fruitful 2024 at the track and is responsible for two runners on the card.
The Newmarket-based trainer, who sent out six winners from 18 runners (33 per cent) at the track last year, saddles course-and-distance winner Royal Velvet in the mile handicap (4.25) and Glitter Code in the confined mile handicap (5.35).
The former, who won a valuable Racing League contest at the track last July, has not been seen since finishing fifth in a mile handicap at Sandown in September.
Her stablemate is bidding to break his maiden at the tenth time of asking and needs to bounce back from a poor show at Wolverhampton last month, although he was a solid third at Newcastle on his penultimate outing.
