Rosallion a big drifter in Lockinge market and usurped as favourite by Dancing Gemini

Rosallion has been replaced as favourite for the BoyleSports Lockinge Stakes by the very well-supported Dancing Gemini.
Dancing Gemini was available at odds of 7-2 last night but is now 2-1 across the board, with Rosallion a big drifter having gone from 6-4 this morning to 3-1.
Rosallion is making his first start since winning the St James's Places Stakes almost a year ago while Dancing Gemini has race fitness on his side having already won at Doncaster and Sandown this season in the same two races won by last season's star miler Charyn before he finished second in the Lockinge.
Meanwhile, the John and Thady Gosden-trained Lead Artist has shortened to 8-1 (from 16) for the third Group 1 of the season, with Oisin Murphy booked to ride the four-year-old for the first time.
He showed some class at points last season, winning the Thoroughbred Stakes at Glorious Goodwood and Darley Stakes at Newmarket, but needs to bounce back from a disappointing comeback in the bet365 Mile at Sandown.

Going update
The ground at Newbury changed to good to firm on Saturday morning after a warm and sunny opening day to the Lockinge meeting.
Racing on Friday took place on ground described as good, good to firm in places but 3.6mm of moisture was lost from the surface with highs of 22C on a warm day in Berkshire.
Clerk of the course George Hill said: "It's good to firm all over. We dried back after a warm day yesterday. It's been a cloudy start on Saturday but it's not as warm.
"We had a lot of runners yesterday but the track has taken it well, it was a great day. The rail has been moved and the track is looking great considering we've had hardly any rain for two months. It's a remarkable effort from the team here."
The ground at Newmarket, which also has three races on ITV, is good to firm.
