Oisin Murphy makes surprise appearance as Cheltenham-winning yard look to continue good run - Friday punting pointers

Punting pointers for Friday's meetings . . .
Dundalk: apprentice to watch
Apprentice Jack Kearney is already emerging as one of the new names to watch this season and the leading jockey at Dundalk this season bids for a remarkable fifth winner from his last six rides.
He enjoyed a treble at Dundalk last Friday to take him to eight winners at the all-weather track for the campaign but also added to it on the opening day of the turf season in Ireland aboard Goldrush Kid in a mile handicap.
His only chance on Friday is Shoot To Kill in a 7f handicap (6.45). His mount has been consistent this season, recording back-to-back thirds, and is a previous course-and-distance winner.
Ffos Las: Cheltenham-winning yard in action
Rebecca Curtis capped a resurgent season with Cheltenham Festival glory with Haiti Couleurs in the National Hunt Chase and sends a strong team to her local track, headed by promising type Ben Solo in the 2m4f novice hurdle (2.40).
The six-year-old kicked off the season with success at Chepstow and has posted two second-place efforts since, including at this track in December. Ben Jones, aboard the yard's festival hero, takes the ride.
He is joined by Bridget Mary in the mares' handicap hurdle (2.08) while Rouge De L'Quest bids for victory in the West Wales National (3.40).
Newbury: heavyweight clash
There are two William Hill Hurdle winners set to clash in the 2m½f handicap hurdle (3.00) with Aucunrisque and Glory And Fortune going head to head off the same mark.
The pair will carry different weights with Cameron Iles taking 7lb off the latter and Freddie Gordon claiming 3lb for father Chris on Aucunrisque.
"It's not often you'd have two William Hill Hurdle winners in a race like this and it looks like a competitive little race," Chris Gordon said. "Aucunrisque is handicapped to win, but it's all down to him on the day.
"His last three runs the ground has gone for him each time, so hopefully he'll get his conditions here and he'll put up a good performance."
Opponents include the improving Manuelito and a three-pronged attack from the Gary and Josh Moore stable made up of Ballywilliam Boy, All In You and He's A Latchico.
Newbury: smashing strike-rate
Sean Bowen is operating on a 44 per cent strike-rate for Jim and Suzi Best. The combination team up with Forlano (1.55).
Southwell: champion in town
Oisin Murphy's only ride at Southwell this year was a winner and the jockey, who is operating at a 56 per cent strike-rate in the early part of the season, takes two rides on Friday night.
His evening kicks off aboard Gunship, bidding to follow up a 22-1 debut success at Newcastle, in the mile novice stakes (5.25). How Impressive then looks to bounce back to form for Hugo Palmer at 7.30.
Southwell: unbeaten record on the line
Grant Tuer and Oliver Stammers are 2-2 at Southwell and aim for the hat-trick with Je Ne Sais Quoi (8.30).
