Now showing on Amazon: Lilly Pinchin ADHD documentary reaches new audience on streaming giant
One-hour version of A Racing Mind features bonus scenes

A Racing Mind, the documentary in which jockey Lilly Pinchin opens up about her attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), is now available to be streamed on Amazon.
The one-hour documentary, originally available as a four-part series on YouTube, focuses on the season in which Pinchin – who dropped out of school at 15 to pursue a riding career – rode out her claim.
Director Louis Gill, who produced the documentary alongside Pete Moore and editor Billie Jones under the banner of the Cotswold Film Company, spoke of his pride at getting the documentary on to a platform used by 13.4 million homes in the UK.
"It's great news and a massive dream come true for us as a production company" said Gill. "It's quite emotional. The process is quite funny when you get something on Amazon. They don't tell you when it's going on, it could be a week or months. Last night, I got home, went on Amazon and it appeared when I did my daily refresh.
"Having previously been split into parts, it sits as a one-hour documentary, which is quite nice. There are a couple of different bonus scenes, so I'd definitely recommend re-watching it in the new format. It's just a little bit of a different edit and it flows quite nicely."

He added: "This is great for Lilly too. We've been friends for a very long time and she was brave to entrust us with her personal story."
The documentary was launched on YouTube with the ambition of packaging a one-hour version for a broadcaster or streaming service, and the team behind the film hope it can showcase the sport to a wider audience.
"It's amazing and something we never believed was going to be possible," said Pinchin. "I really hope it can do well and help people who are in my position, or anybody really. I found my passion, which was riding racehorses, and hopefully this paints the whole of the racing industry in a good light.
"I'm so pleased because it was only a small team involved. We've had to do it all off our own backs and I'm not sure how we managed to do it so well. I'm pleased for the team involved as it's a real achievement to get a documentary on Amazon."
