'They're 100 per cent' - Nicky Henderson says no issues with Triumph Hurdle hopes Lulamba and Palladium

Nicky Henderson has reported Triumph Hurdle favourite Lulamba and Palladium to be "100 per cent" despite neither being declared for the Ladbrokes Adonis Juvenile Hurdle (2.25) at Kempton on Saturday.
Henderson, who on Monday entered the two four-year-olds in the Grade 2 contest but said only one would run, has taken them both out and the two will instead head straight to the Cheltenham Festival next month. Lulamba is the 7-4 market leader for the JCB-backed Triumph, while last year's German Derby winner Palladium is a 12-1 chance.
Henderson said: "They’re both fine and 100 per cent. I don’t need to do any more with them now in terms of racing and they’ll go straight to Cheltenham. They don’t need a run at this time, but in all probability they’ll have a racecourse gallop under our own terms."
Mondo Man, last year's Prix du Jockey Club fifth who was runner-up to Lulamba on his hurdles debut at Ascot last month, is one of six in the Adonis line-up, which also includes Scottish Triumph Hurdle winner St Pancras.
Iroko, Britain's shortest-priced entry in the Randox Grand National betting at 12-1, was not among the final field for the £150,000 Ladbrokes Trophy Handicap Chase (3.35). The Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerreiro-trained seven-year-old was a leading contender for the 3m prize, but next weekend's Premier Chase at Kelso is the preferred target.
Greenall said: "He's in good form but the ground was going to be too lively for him and that's why he's not running. We'll go to Kelso next Saturday. The track is expecting rain between now and then, so that should be ideal for him."

Kauto Star Novices' Chase runner-up Hyland takes his chance for Henderson, and the weights are headed by Lowry's Bar, who was second in a Grade 2 at Windsor last month and is a general 10-1 chance for the Ultima Handicap Chase at next month's festival.
Speaking at a Jockey Club media briefing, joint-trainer Johnson White said: "The original plan was to run in the Reynoldstown last Saturday, but very frustratingly he pulled out lame the day before with a bit of bruising, and this has been the plan since. I'm very much hoping the forecast is right with a lot of rain on Friday, but we can see how things pan out during the day and the intention is to run. We wouldn't want to run him on quicker ground and if so he'd go straight to the Ultima.
"These big handicaps are very difficult to win and it's certainly more open without Iroko, but carrying top weight would indicate we're the best horse in the race. Hopefully that's the case."
Formby Novices' Hurdle second Miami Magic will face seven rivals in the Dovecote Novices' Hurdle (3.00), while Rubaud heads a field of six for the Pendil Novices' Chase (1.50).
In Ireland, last year's Grand National hero I Am Maximus will face seven rivals as he bids for a repeat victory in the Bobbyjo Chase (3.25) at Fairyhouse. The nine-year-old is one of four runners in the Grade 3 for Willie Mullins, along with Thyestes Chase victor Nick Rockett, Capodanno and Minella Cocooner.
Leading the opposition against Mullins is Irish Grand National winner Intense Raffles, who has his first start over fences since that triumph last April.
At Newcastle, a full field of 18 has been declared for the Virgin Bet Eider Handicap Chase (2.10), which Anglers Crag will be bidding to win for the second year in a row for Brian Ellison. His potential rivals in the marathon test include the progressive O'Connell for Joel Parkinson and Sue Smith.
Military Academy will face six rivals in the Group 3 BetUK Winter Derby at Southwell (3.15). They include Royal Champion and Champagne Prince.
