Kempton Placepot tips: Graeme Rodway with his selections for a £50,000 guaranteed pool

The Tote's £50,000 Placepot guarantee is at Kempton on Wednesday and Colin Keane is at the track for only one ride on Serenetta in the opening 7f novice (4.05). That's good enough to make her a banker in a race where three places are available.

The first division of the mile novice (4.40) comes up next and it's a good opportunity for another banker. William Haggas saddles the course winner Zennor Storm, who got up late to score over 7f here in October and looks certain to improve now that he goes up to a mile for the first time.

Only In Manila is a class apart in the second division (5.10) judging on his two seconds on his first two starts and Oisin Murphy is booked to ride, so he is a banker, while the following mile nursery (5.40) looks between Elan D'Or and Mariotto. There are only five lining up and two places on offer, so include both.

Brasil Power was a big eyecatcher at Wolverhampton last time and loves Kempton. He rates one of my bets of the day and can be relied upon for a place in the mile handicap (6.10), while Alasrae could make a winning debut for the George Boughey team in the 6f novice (6.40). He rates another banker.
