Relocated Rams set for first win

A visit to San Francisco is 1,600 miles shorter for the Rams today than it would have been from Missouri last season and they can hit the ground running in their first season after moving from St Louis.

Fans who have been watching the Rams’ progress on their return to California on the Hard Knocks series might have some doubts about backing them, but however dysfunctional they may have looked at times, the 49ers are in a far worse state.

The home side look candidates to have one of the worst records in the league this season and their bleak outlook saw them listed as 31st out of 32 in the pre-season betting.
