Nap of the day: the best horse racing tips from the day's six meetings on Friday, September 26

Dundalk
7.15: Phantom Flight
You Got To Me is a Group 1 filly running in a Listed race, but she's on a recovery mission and this trip will be on the sharp side around here. PHANTOM FLIGHT (nap), on the other hand, is a proven quality performer at 1m2f and an absence since Royal Ascot is of no concern given his excellent record when fresh. Alice Monet and Madam Celeste are improving fillies with no well-being issues, and both should run well.
Alistair Jones
Haydock
2.15: Cotswold Cottage
Ribble River has solid claims of going back-to-back again, although a 4lb rise does demand more, while Golspie is also creeping up the weights but similarly respected. Official ratings are no issue for Charencey, who's threatening to cash in on a dangerous mark, but this can go to COTSWOLD COTTAGE (nap), who should appreciate the drop in trip. Poet's Dawn continues to run with credit and is another to consider.
Richard Russell
Listowel
4.52: Celestial Tune
Thomas Cooper landed this race last year, and CELESTIAL TUNE (nap) looks the one to beat based on her fine Punchestown second in April. Are You Around was a beaten favourite on debut, but she has to be considered, and the Loughanmore point-to-point winner Lennon Grove is respected. Voladora Nora and Isdistheone could go well at bigger odds. The well-bred Tumbling In needs monitoring in the market.
Dave Stephens
Newcastle
5.00: Coedana
Top of the list is COEDANA (nap), who kicked off her handicap career with a smooth win at Southwell 24 days ago, and this unexposed filly is open to more progress. Michael Bell's thrice-raced Cecilia Star looks interesting back at the scene of her debut success, and she's feared most, ahead of recent C&D winner Timeless Charm. Another to keep a close eye on is Godolphin's handicap newcomer Dancingintherain.
David Moon
Newmarket
3.00: Zeus Olympios
Just the seven runners, but there shouldn't be any hanging around with Flight Plan, Snow Master, who's not entirely ruled out, and Victory Dance all likely to be up with the pace. That will suit Opera Ballo, who tends to race with enthusiasm and is hugely respected, but it won't harm the prospects of ZEUS OLYMPIOS (nap) either. Karl Burke's 3yo has been a bit of a slow learner, but he's putting it all together now and has the potential to be a star for the yard.
Richard Russell
Worcester
4.27: Turpin Gold
The 9yo TURPIN GOLD (nap) has thrived since joining Tom Lacey and can follow up last month's stylish win at Newton Abbot. Grey Skies arrives on a hat-trick and is second choice ahead of multiple Flat winner High Court Judge, who makes his handicap hurdle debut.
