Depleted Highlanders may have to dig deep
Stormers strengthened after heavy defeat
Super Rugby
Sky Sports 2, 8.35am Friday
After a shaky opening to their Super Rugby campaign the Otago Highlanders have won their last four matches but have a few injury issues for their round-ten clash with the Stormers.
Luke Whitelock and Elliot Dixon are missing from the back row and that could be a concern against the Cape Town outfit, who look to have bolstered their pack after last week's heavy defeat to the Crusaders.
The Stormers' run of form has been the opposite of the Highlanders, as they won their first six - five of them on South African soil and one against the Sunwolves in Singpore - before a home defeat to the Lions and last week's reverse in Christchurch.
It's another tough task against Kiwi opponents but there looks to be less of a gulf and the South African side can stay close.
Recommendation
Highlanders to win by one to 12 points
