There is a huge game towards the bottom of the Sky Bet Championship on Tuesday and home advantage could help Bolton to a crucial victory against relegation rivals Birmingham.

Bolton are three points better off in the table and will, at the very least, be looking to maintain that distance after the clash at the Macron, where bookmakers are struggling to find a favourite.

Wanderers are not the most attractive of sides and were poor in defeat at Leeds on Friday but that was only their second defeat in seven games, while Phil Parkinson's team tend to do their best work at home.

It's only two defeats in 14 at home for Bolton, who have lowered the colours of Aston Villa and Cardiff without conceding in that sequence.

Birmingham's survival bid has been boosted by back-to-back home wins over Hull and Ipswich as recently-appointed boss Garry Monk goes about keeping City in the second tier.

However, Blues were nervy against Ipswich on Saturday and have had 24 hours less to prepare for this clash. They had also lost seven on the spin prior to their upturn in fortunes.

Fulham v Leeds

Championship leaders Wolves will be without suspended pair Ruben Neves and Matt Doherty, who were both dismissed in the win over Middlesbrough, for their clash against Hull. Angus MacDonald is doubtful for the Tigers.

Steve Bruce has said Glenn Whelan could possibly return for Aston Villa's home game with Reading and Rochdale, as ever, are greatly respected by bookmakers for their trip to Bury in League One.
