Empoli v Napoli
Napoli’s title challenge has faltered in recent weeks but they should be able to pick up three points when they visit Empoli.
The hosts last won a league tie in early December and have lost five of their last eight.
The visitors have had a number of standout forwards throughout their history and may have picked up another in the shape of Victor Osimhen, who looks one of the hottest properties in European football. The 23-year-old has 12 goals in 19 starts and has netted five in his last four.
Only Pablo Dybala averages more shots per 90 minutes in Serie A than Osimhen and the Nigerian is fancied to get on the scoresheet once again in a Napoli win.
Lille v Strasbourg
Strasbourg are on the brink of a historic season having finished 15th in Ligue 1 last year. They are being kept out of the Champions League spots on goal difference and have plenty to play for as a result, something that cannot necessarily be said of their hosts Lille, who are too far back for a run at the European spots.
The home team are winless in their last four and have been poor throughout their title defence while Strasbourg are unbeaten in their last 11 games.
The hosts won the reverse fixture 2-1 and both teams have scored in both teams’ last three. Strasbourg have to force the issue and both teams are fancied to get on the scoresheet.
Barcelona v Rayo Vallecano
Rayo Vallecano picked up just their second win of the season away from home at Espanyol on Thursday but it’s hard to see them following that up at Camp Nou.
The visitors have lost 11 of their 16 games away from home this season and the win over Espanyol was their first in the league since January.
Barcelona suffered a defeat to Cadiz after their Europa League exit to Eintracht Frankfurt but followed that up with a 1-0 victory over Real Sociedad.
That victory made it four wins to nil in their last six for Xavi’s squad and given Rayo Vallecano’s poor away form, Barca can pick up another.
