Newcastle were held to a goalless draw by Brighton in their last home league game and their tussle with basement boys Swansea could be another short on excitement.

Rafa Benitez’s frustrations grow at the Magpies' inactivity in the transfer window and their lack of attacking talent - they have failed to score in five of their last six home league matches - may tell once again.

Carlos Carvahal's appointment should improve the Swans in the short-term but they have notched only seven times in 11 road trips and punters looking for a thriller may need to try elsewhere.
