One of Chennai's biggest triumphs in this year's Indian Premier League came against Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Super Kings could again prevail when the sides reconvene in Sharjah.

Thanks to three wickets and a knock of 62 not out from Ravindra Jadeja, Chennai beat Bangalore by 69 runs in April and they still look like the superior side.

They have won six of their eight matches in this year's tournament, while Bangalore come into this contest off the back of another humbling defeat.

In their first game back after the season's hiatus, Virat Kohli's men were on the end of a nine-wickets hiding by Kolkata Knight Riders, who required only ten overs to surpass Bangalore's total of 92 all out.
