Topping the Fury v Seferi undercard, Terry Flanagan is attempting to become a two-weight world champion by beating American Maurice Hooker to the WBO super-lightweight title.

Both men are undefeated, with Flanagan winning all his 33 fights while Hooker has won 20 and drawn three, and although Hooker is an 11-2 underdog this could be closer than the odds suggest.

Hooker doesn't have any big names on his record but he has been fighting to a good standard and arrives in Manchester full of confidence.

Flanagan is stepping up after defending the WBO lightweight title five times and is a class act. Thirteen KOs from 33 wins isn't that great but it should be noted that he has stopped six of his last ten and often saved his best performances for his biggest challenges.

If he really goes for it he may be able to stop Hooker - that outcome is 2-1 - but winning the title will be a bigger priority than putting a first stoppage on the American, and taking 8-11 that Turbo Terry wins on the scorecards looks a more solid wager.
