Bookmakers are reporting a surge of support for Anthony Joshua to beat Wladimir Klitschko in their heavyweight superfight at Wembley on Saturday.

Joshua is a firm favourite to beat the veteran former world champion, who lost his titles when he was Beaten by Tyson Fury in Germany in 2015.

Wembley will be packed as 90,000 people gather for one of the biggest fights in British boxing history, and the majority will be expecting Joshua to extend his knockout streak to 19 from 19 fights.

“It’s been all one-way traffic for Joshua", said Coral’s John Hill. "Over 70 per cent of the bets we have taken in the method of victory market have been for the British boxer to stop Klitschko inside the 12 rounds”.

Klitschko was an 11-8 underdog when the fight was first announced in December, but he has steadily drifted in the betting and is now available at 9-4, while Joshua is 4-9 favourite and the draw is 40-1.

Joshua is 4-5 to win by KO - Klitschko is 4-1 - while the fight is 11-4 to go the full 12 rounds.
