US racing tips: Shane Ketteridge with two selections from Saratoga

Miguel Clement saddles two in his quest to add the Grade 2 Bowling Green Stakes to his growing list of stakes-race victories and his Far Bridge is likely to be a warm order dropping down in grade. 

However, it’s his other runner, Tawny Port, who represents value at double figure odds. This experienced six-year-old has been running consistently well in stakes events for some time now and he's a course winner having won a Listed event over two furlongs more than this 1m3f distance back in 2023.

His form figures in Grade 2 company since then read 23433, so he has been knocking on the door, and he could quite easily outrun his odds off the back of some impressive recent workouts at this course.

Chad Brown has won all but one of the last nine runnings of the Grade 1 Dunkin’ Diana Stakes and this year saddles Excellent Truth and Dynamic Pricing. Both hold solid chances and bring good form into this. 

However, they would have to run a career-best effort to get the better of the high-class She Feels Pretty, who goes from strength to strength and will take all the beating.

Cherie Devaux’s outstanding filly has won her last four starts, with three of those being at the highest level, and she showed she is only getting better with a convincing performance under a hand ride from John Velazquez in the Grade 1 New York Stakes at this track last time out.

Velazquez takes the ride again here and She Feels Pretty should win this before a tilt at the Breeders' Cup later in the year.
