Shades Of Midnight worth a chance down in grade 2.10 Carlisle
Progressive form last season when recording back-to-back wins at Kelso and Ayr before a career-best second to the classy Silsol at the former track in April.
Shades Of Midnight showed promise when sixth on his return over 2m4f here in October. He was probably in need of that run – first time out form figures are 3006 – but had no chance of building on it when upped to Grade 2 class last time at Newbury.
