A five-time winner from eight starts, Monica Sheriff is unbeaten when travelling to France courtesy of a decisive length-and-three-quarter victory in the Prix Belle de Nuit at Saint-Cloud last October on heavy ground. She caught the eye on her return when fourth in the Ebor before clearly being unsuited by good ground when last seen. These conditions are right up her street and she should take some beating under Stephane Pasquier.
