From 8pm Tuesday

John Isner typically plays his best tennis at this time of year and the American giant should have little trouble in dealing with Andrey Kuznetsov in the second round of the ATP Winston-Salem Open.

Isner captured a fourth Atlanta Open title at the end of July and has since lost only against former US Open champion Juan Martin del Potro and Cincinnati winner Grigor Dimitrov.

Kuznetsov has performed admirably this season but he's short on hard-court action and will struggle to make an impact on Isner's powerful serve.

Expect the American, who has won 12 of his last 14 matches in straight sets, to ease through with the 2-0 scoreline available to back at 5-6.

The Tennis Integrity Unit has confirmed it is looking into the Winston-Salem first-round match between Alexandr Dolgopolov and Thiago Monteiro after bookmakers suspended betting early on the first-round clash which Monteiro won 6-3 6-3.

Recommendation
J Isner to win 2-0
3pts 5-6 Coral
